Medsi Group, majority owned by Sistema, has acquired 100% stakes in Promedicina clinic network in Ufa and Dialine clinic network in Volgograd.
Dialine comprises 14 medical clinics for children and adults, nine clinical laboratory diagnostic centers and the largest laboratory in the Volgograd Region, as well as pharmacies. Dialine employs more than 530 people. The revenue of the Dialine network in 2020 amounted to RUB 1.061bn. Promedicina employs 637 persons. The revenue of the clinic network in 2020 stood at RUB 894m.
As a result of the transaction, Medsi will double its regional revenue, gain access to economically attractive Russian cities, and continue its regional growth strategy on the private medical market.
