Aspring Capital opened the branch in Dubai

March 24, 2022, Dubai – Aspring Capital has been operating in Russia since 2013 and we intend to continue our operations in the country. Over the years, we have built a leading investment banking team that has consistently shown outstanding expertise in significant transactions over recent years.

We will continue to advise businesses on M&A deals, asset restructuring and bond issues, as well as trust management arrangements. We have also expanded our geographical footprint and opened a representative office in Dubai.
